Once your order is confirmed, delivery within Greek territory, will take two – three (2-3) working days through Courier Centre. In the event that the reason for the return concerns a mistake of the company,

the company undertakes to send a courier again to the address you have specified for us to receive the order at its own expense.

If the goods arrive at their destination and there is no one to pick them up, then the courier company will make two more attempts, the next working days, to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notice to contact their representative. The time frame for communicating with them and determining the re-shipment of the product to you is 3 working days. After the end of this period, the order is automatically returned to our warehouse. When the product is returned to us, we will contact you.

In case the information you entered in the form is not correct, the Company is not responsible for the non-delivery.
